We're ALIVE!!!

*** This post has been in the making for two days now... sorry!***

We made it in last night around 11P WA time and 1A our time. We had to connect in Dallas and then fly into WA. It was a little rough in the beginning due to being WAY tired. Finally on the second flight (4 hour) I got them both to sleep and then the stewardess came by to tell us that the two of them could not be in the same aisle as us due to there only being 3 oxygen masks... so we move around and Moe wakes up... CCCRRRAAAANNKKKYYYYYYYY! Then I handed Bear over to his daddy (whom had to move with Moe earlier) and then get Moe from the M.I.L and so Bear wakes up and gets cranky but only for a moment then he snuggles with daddy.

THEN.... the stewardess comes back around to tell us that since there has been another baby added to the aisle (my niece Elizabeth went back to be with her parents to sleep also in the same aisle J moved to with Moe the first rearrangement) he has to move again due to too many people being in the aisle and not enough H2O masks... "WHATEVER... IF THE PLANE STARTS GOING DOWN YELL IT TO US AND I WILL TOSS A KID OVER!!!!!!!"

Soooooo then J moves and Bear wakes up and gets SUPER DUPER CRANKY! Finally he calms down (I have Moe asleep by this time). Talk about frustrating.

All in all everything went smoothly other than that SLIGHT hangup!

We are in an amazing home that people rent out for stuff like this. So beautiful and we ALL have our own rooms... (10 including babies) Bear and Moe are of course still sharing a room! Wonderful!
I will post pictures later when I get to sit still again!

***If you've not left your comment on my previous (2 ago) blog then please do and I will continue to tally those and publish my novel when I return home!

on our way...

I will continue to collect answers/comments from my last post and will go into all that detail when we come home on Sunday. For the time we are there I am not sure if there is internet access but seeing that we are going to be "living" with the biggest computer guru while we are there... (Love ya dad'n'law!) then I am guessing there will be some kind of connection. I will check in as often as possible to see what you all are doing in my absence... behave!

Who am I?

Okay so here goes (some of it anyway...my battery is running low and I don't want to leave my fireside couch to recharge... ahhhh wireless I'm so in love with you... whatever you wanna do..."

Anyhoo I have been thinking of a way to let you all in on my world. Who am I really and where on earth did I come from? I don't know whether to start in the beginning of my life (snippits I promise) really (it was all pretty stinkin' hairy until I got saved in 2002 at the ripe ol' age of 23)... or do I start after I got saved and then move on to when I got married and all our issues with infant loss and such? I am completely at a loss so instead of thinking for myself (one fire in the house is enough for the time being) I am going to let you lead me to believe what you all would rather hear/read... whatever; you get the point!

So leave me a comment and tell me what you would like to know about me. Where would you like me to start and who you would like to play the role of me in my upcoming movie... "When snails marry lightning".

And if nobody leaves a comment at all then I am closing this puppy down 'cause that's just rough! hahaha!

Watch this!

Okay this was on my twitter this morning from a man for whom I used to draw. Abso-stinkin'-lutely side splitting! You have to watch it! Okay you don't HAVE TO but you will be a better parent if you do! Okay maybe that is a little overrated also but you WILL have a good laugh for the most part (and learn to listen carefully...)

So click on the link or type it in and hang on!

SEW WHAT!

What does all this have in common (yes even the M&M's)?

Me sewing the boys some jammies. The material was finally on sale at JoAnne's. It is thermal and way too adorable! I am hoping I will be able to make their jammies out of it. If not they will make cute blankets! Wish me luck! And no I am not for hire. Wait til you see the outcome before asking that question. hahaha!

to pack or not to pack...

....What is my question?

We are traveling far away for a wedding in a couple days. We will be on a plane for 4 hours. It is going to be night time during travel so I am guessing our boys may sleep. If anyone has traveled with young babies on an airplane before, please for the love of all things Holy, help me in knowing what to pack for a 4 hour plane ride (just in case they don't sleep).

My list so far...
Benadryl
Benadryl
Benadryl
Ibuprofen
Ibuprofen
ear plugs
ear plugs

okay, now if they don't sleep.

Blankies/blankets
neck pillows
lap top... dvd (if worse comes to worse, but this usually does not work for our boys.)
magnadoodle
fun hand games
snacks (cheerios, kix ... somewhat clean)
sippies (formula and pedialyte... so they will want to drink it to keep their ears from popping as badly)

If there is anything else that is detrimental that you see I have forgotten please by all means enlighten me. Oh and I am going to ask you all to pray for us during this travel! Thanks so much friends!

Dinner guest no more

Okay so I had the ultrasound done today and there was not an enlarged uterus but a possible ruptured cyst! Ick! That just sounds gross AND painful! It was totally not a comfortable day but maybe now we know what the problem is. Of course it still has to go to my Dr for confirmation and further examining... my US not the cyst. haha. Okay I'm a dork. Sue me! I will update you all as I know more. Apparently it is nothing serious though. Thank you Jesus!

What's in my uterus???

I REALLY hope there are no guy readers here and if there are... WELCOME in all respect! hahaha

No, it is not that bad of a post that men can't read it. Especially if you are married, you may want to have a heads up.

I have been experiencing some pain lately and it is not fun. What am I saying of course it isn't fun to be in pain. ESPECIALLY THIS PAIN! I know when I am ovulating due to the fact that I cannot sit down hardly it hurts so badly. The rest of the time there is a nagging pain and it is just frustrating. I don't like to visit dr's and I don't like to stop what I am doing to tend to annoying pain. But enough is enough (and it is interfering with our, ahem.... personal life... sooooo on that note.) I was encouraged (by our counselor) to visit my girlie dr. I had mixed feelings about this. I really like her and all but the last time I saw her was the checkup visit after our last daughter was born. Not fond or happy memories going to that office!

Luckily it was not that bad. I put on my big girl panties and faced it like a champ! I went in with a great attitude of I am going to get some good pain killers for this obnoxious crampy pain! wooohooo! WRONG ANSWER JIM BOB! Nope, now I am going in for an ultra sound on Thursday. She told me my uterus is enlarged (that wasn't very nice) and she wanted to get a better look because of my symptoms of pain. She said it is possibly Fibroids! Hmmmm I have no idea what that is but she didn't have a smile on her face so I am guessing it is not something or someone that I am going to invite to dinner on occaision, by the look on her face it won't even be on rare occasion. I guess I will know on Thursday (0r whenever she calls me to let me know) what is going on in there! It is probably where all my children have carved their initials on my uterine wall... WITH MY RIB BONE! hahaha!

If any of you know what fibroids are please feel free to enlighten me. Is it serious and I should put on my "I am a brainiac" cap so I can pay attention to what she tells me. Or will they just take them out with surgery or something?

CAUGHT IN THE ACT!!!

Yes it is still dripping with DROOL! That is so disgustingly cute! I know I have seen the long teething rails for cribs somewhere... I cannot remember where though. We went to Babies-R-Us yesterday and found some that are four small sections of rubber guards in a box; not what I remember seeing but oh well... a guard is a guard, right???...WRONG! They are too snug so they just kind of sit crooked on the rail to where our older genius just thinks it is a game of "How many times can this come off before mommy gets frustrated and leaves them off". So far our younger genius just thinks it truly is to chew on. That's his new favorite hobby!!! CHEWING! Love the teething stage!

Their Room

Here is their room finally. I have to get Moe's letters above his bed too. I bought them the other day but have not hung them yet. They wrap around the corner above their beds. Way cute. I wish I could show you all their lettering. Way fun. I still have not finished painting in there yet. Nor have I put the chair molding up yet. I am having painter's block! I thought I knew what I wanted it to look like but when you have to decorate with what you have you tend to need to change colors around. I thought I wanted it to be Khaki and Red, but we have the fun blue and white striped pillows in there. Which that would be a fun Nautical color to do. Blue and red. then I thought of doing white hibiscus flowers on the wall (a couple large random ones in different locations). Like the surfer look. But then would I need to change it when it is not summer, to something more snowboarderish? funny we live no where near the beach or snow. but I love that look! I love painting and that would be fun to change up their rooms with the seasons but right now at their age it is impossible to even paint the bottom half of the room a solid color (or stripes). (that and my imagination keeps going wild and I can't make up my mind... hahaha)

But without further ado... here it is... Moe and Bear's room!

Updates on all things

I got a message from the friend who initially called me about the mother wanting us to adopt her baby... She said that the mother had a miscarriage so that is no longer in our future. I am sorry for her that she lost her baby like that. I was not holding it too tightly so it is not devastating to us. It is sad but not anything we aren't used to. I have learned that nothing is a guarantee so take nothing for what it says but for what it is. If it is here and now then spend it (love, life, energy, etc...) here and now. Tomorrow is not a guarantee! It takes a lot to get me pumped enough to believe it is going to be good. I am not trying to be a downer believe me... it is just that we see many pitfalls in our "joyous journeys" that everything is taken lightly and from a very cautious heart.

I finished reading Bear's case plan and have to say I am even more worried now than I was in the beginning. I can't wait for this to all be over with. It is way overwhelming and stressful. I am hoping and praying that nobody comes out of left field and takes him away from us. By the words I read on some certain papers, I have my doubts now. Very scary. Especially seeing that this is our first adoption, I have no idea what could happen or how everything does happen. But again nothing is a guarantee so he is not really ours until the judge deems it so. That has not happened yet so I feel that someone else could take him if they wanted to and have stronger ties.

I am reading "The New Strong Willed Child" by Dr. James Dobson. It is really good so far. I am beginning to think that Bear is not strong willed after all. I think he is pretty compliant and Moe is the shy one. They have their little moments of tantrums and bickering but nothing of what I am reading about these strong willed children. Bear is very good when not teething. and Moe just loves to be Moe, he also wants to eat everything IMMEDIATELY! He can get testy but when I read the definitions of the Strong-willed, compliant, and shy... my boys deifinitily fit the compliant and shy ones more than the strong-willed one. I am still going to read it because after reading that case plan it makes me know better what his genes are partially made up of and that plays a big factor in your (their) children's behaviors. From the information I've read there was a lot of DETERMINATION AND STRONG WILL going on and not for anything good. I think we can channel Bear's into something good so that will be good when used for good things. But it is going to be a long haul, given that we are able to adopt him still.

I am believing God can do this for us! I also believe HE WILL! Please pray with us and for this situation if you feel led! Thanks friends!

Thanks for asking

Let me just explain a little bit of history. When I birthed and released all of our children it was very hard in the beginning (needless to say). I am now 2 years out from our last birth to our baby girl Ymali Jane on December 5 2006. It is still hard some days especially when their birthdays are arriving but healing is occurring around every corner. The hardest thing, I do have to say, is when people say things that cut right through the wound and injure you more. I know that most people definitely don't mean any harm and just don't know what to say... that is completely understandable. But something I don't understand is why do they feel compelled to say anything at all when they "don't know what to say"?

For all of you out there who have a friend or friends dealing with grief and loss please read about the grieving that they are experiencing, there are plenty of books to educate you on helping your friends in need. If possible ask someone who knows about grieving the loss first hand (it is usually best if you ask someone who is at least a little while removed from the immediate loss). It is the best thing you can do for those hurting and in need!

I recently had a couple, dear friends of ours, call us to ask what they could do for an acquaintance that just lost their baby at full term. The cord was apparently wrapped around the baby's neck. So terribly tragic. Our friends were at a loss as to what to say or do for them and so they called me to ask.

I was so blessed that they called to ask for first hand advice instead of just relying on their own abilities to comfort them. I think they would have done an adequate job seeing that they are dear, dear sweet people. But I think it wise and even more considerate to seek out and hear first hand what should be done or said from someone who has experienced that kind of loss, close to the same situation even. (we didn't experience that exactly, but we carried our children further along in pregnancy and know what it is to hold your whole, otherwise healthy baby and say good bye, to see your dreams shattered, to see a nursery that they will never come home too or the car seat they will never ride in). Not saying that you have to but it is easiest on the one hurting when they know you truly care enough not to say accidentally hurtful things.

Thank you, all you friends of those who have loved and lost who take the time to seek a true friends heart in the matter; one who KNOWS WHAT AND WHAT NOT TO SAY. You are greatly appreciated!

Just an FYI on some things not to say...

"It just wasn't meant to be"... (you don't know that truthfully; only God knows what is and is to come all things happen for a reason... nothing was accidental, not even the conception of the child. It was meant to be. It just didn't end up the way WE planned)

" I would just try adoption if I were you." (Well you aren't me and we will try whatever we feel led to try. If they are Godly people then they usually will seek God's heart in the matter first. I know we did and we did not try and conceive until we knew it was what God was calling us to do. and then there were plans ONLY HE KNEW!)

"Everything is going to be okay". (This is true IN THE LONG RUN, but your friend does not need you to slap a bandaid on his/her grieving process. And no for the moment NOTHING looks OKAY. It looks REALLY MESSED UP AND CONFUSING.)

What your friend needs is a shoulder and a LISTENING EAR, maybe a dinner brought to them. If you know their same circle of friends offer to create a meal plan for them where you send out an email to all friends asking everyone to pull together to have a dinner brought to them every night or every other night for a week at the least but two weeks to a month is desirable. They just need community not words. You have no answers that they are looking for. NOBODY BUT GOD KNOWS what happened and what is being dealt with in this time!

Thank you for taking the time to read this post and learn some things on how to comfort a grieving friend. If you would like to know more I have some resourceful books I could recommend. And again... thanks for asking. It truly is the best thing you could do for a hurting friend in any circumstance!

Brotherly Love

I wasn't kidding when I told you that they hold hands. I love my boys! So precious indeed. Excuse the shot. I don't know why it wouldn't lighten up even with the flash on. Stinkin' non-SLR camera... has a mind of it's own! Oh well it is still priceless none-the-less (I am bias I think)... *smile*

small Stack

In lieu of small stack!

she wasn't joking about it being bigger. I just never imagined it could be this big! We started reading it last night & didn't even make a dent in it!
I would have never believed the truths written within these pages had I not read them for myself! Makes my heart ache for Bear's mother, truly. I know now better how to pray for her and her family.

I cannot fathom our son living within the pages of that life sitting there on our table typed all out onto paper. So many "what-if's" linger in the air filled with breathtaking astonishment. What If our son had truly been sent home to live within that family? What if the mother was given one more chance to change the outcome of her new born baby? Would she opt for a better life, or stay in what she knows best? What if Bear never came here to live with us, where would he be today. What if the alleged father passed the DNA and really was proven to be Bear's dad. Would he have taken him and cared for him as he said he would have?

All these are questions that we will never know the answer to this side of heaven. One day we will see the tapestry of our lives woven together to reveal such a beautiful story! It is never what we dream it will be, but in the end it is probably much bigger than you would or could have ever planned for yourself. God is Good like that! He gives us much more than we ask for. There are storms around every corner but there is a rainbow right behind it... reminding us of HIS promises and His Glory! We say YES and AMEN! Thank you Jesus for the gift of life and giving us the promise of a family. Thank you Lord that you have delivered our Bear from the lions den and let him walk out without a scratch on him. (More to be revealed on that fun little quote later). He was handed over to be eaten by sin and you chose a different path for him. You chose a different path for us as well. We knew you were calling us to raise up a family of strong believers that would take over nations... but we didn't see how that was going to happen after the loss of our 3rd child. I say to you, We see! ~amen

I am so excited to see what our future holds for Bear, Moe, and little ol' us! It is going to be great. It is all part of our design! And it is no longer part of a sinful cycle.

set back

There I was counting down the seconds for the Adoptions worker to get here with the case file for me to read. I get a call at 9:45 stating that she had been in a fender bender and would not be able to bring the file out but that her secretary would bring it around 4PM! Just to clarify she is okay and I was concerned that she was in a wreck. on the other hand (you know since she's okay and all, if not that would be way inconsiderate but....) Ugghhhh more waiting. Instead, I told her I would be there at 4 for a visit with Moe's father this afternoon. I would pick it up then.

Hmmmm what's up with this case file? Is there something in it I am being guarded from? I will be in prayer throughout the day!

So for now I am rearranging my home for the 115th time since we moved in October of 07. I just rearranged the boys' room the other night to accommodate two cribs. Moe's new crib should be in tomorrow. Once we get it set up I will post pictures of their new fun hang out!

Poor Moe has been in a portable crib (the same one he was in when he first came. He is finally growing out of the sides! hahaha

Feburary...

We had a visit this morning with our adoptions worker. She said that all that is left is for our homestudy to be updated on the 5th and then they will write up a small addition to our summary and then it should be finalized somewhere in Feburary!!! WOW!!!

Can you believe it! I am getting so excited. I had a brief realization earlier this evening. 3 years ago on Feb 11th our son Samuel David was born and passed away. It is so amazing at the restoration God brings! It would be truly something for the adoption to actually be consummated on the 11th. The 11th is on a Wednesday and court usually takes place on a Tuesday. Oh well it is close enough and I am not sure it will even happen that soon in the month! Fact is though it will indeed happen in Feburary!

So there is a ream (stack about 4 in thick) of paper that they leave with you for you to read and learn more about your child's family and life prior to you before you finalize the adoption; you know in case you decide to change your mind after having read the ins and outs of their life. But seeing how we've had him straight from the hospital at 7 days old then I think we pretty much know all there is to know about the little mini godzilla!

That being said... I was really looking forward to getting the huge novel of paper to read up on the life of Bear before he was brought to us (yes all 7 days of it). It is just so much that is missed out on when you adopt as opposed to having your own children. Like I still have no clue as to how much he weighed at birth and how long he was. Was he a c-sec baby or what. Was he at term... you know those things... was his mother an axe murderer... just all the normal things an adoptive parent needs/wants to know about her baby prior to their life with you!

So when our adoption worker was here today she left the awaited ream of my precious son's life there on our couch to look over and sign. As she left I was in the middle of strapping on the ol' feed bags to our boys so they could have more energy for the day! When they were finally finished I put them in their play room to exhert said energy and let mommy have a little walk down memory...er. prior-to-us lane. Low and Behold I grab the novel into my hands and look at the cover that says "CONFIDENTIAL BY LAW" and a whole bunch of other important documentish looking words right there next to the words..."this is not Bear's file" (in other words there were names on the document that were not the names of children in our home)... OOOPS! Wrong case study! Ha! SOOO I call the office to leave a message for our case worker. When she later returns my call I told her that I thought the stack looked thick for a 7 day old baby... she told me "His is actually thicker"... oh geez, she is an axe murderer and so is the family! THAT IS A JOKE BY THE WAY! I AM MAKING NO CLAIMS TO KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT THE FAMILY OF BEAR! I KNOW NOTHING, SEE NOTHING, AND DEFINITELY DIDN'T SMELL ANYTHING!

So tomorrow she is going to bring the "Bear" file out for us. In the meantime I played hokey pokey and the chase the babies around the bed game to kill time (no pun intended there, and I didn't do it with an axe, nor was it in the observatory) until nap time to do the 15 other chores screaming at me from under the... you name it in my house.

See you when I come out of hidin... reading!

What do you do when...

You are asked if you want to adopt an unborn baby??? SSSCREAM AND PEE YOUR PANTS! Well that's what I would do. (okay no I didn't but WOW!!!)

A long-time friend of mine called me tonight and asked me a couple of odd questions about our Agency allowing another baby to be adopted into our home. Hmmm "well it is more detailed than just permission".

C: "What would your agency do if you were presented with someone who wanted you to adopt their baby?"

Me: "Well the only thing is that Bear has to be 18 months old first (there is a limit of no more than 2 babies under the age of 18 mos.) He is now almost 15 months old so we have 3 more months... Why, how old is said baby?"

C: "It's not even born yet, but the mother knows she cannot raise another baby and called me to see if we would want to adopt it but we cannot. I told her about you and she told me to ask you if you would do it."

Me: I can almost here some kind of sad music in the background because this is just not the random phone call in the evening kind of day. Good things tend to take some kind of toll first on me. Then after I am all beaten up and limping I can have the ice cream. In other words nothing good seems to happen without some kind of STIPULATION in my experiences. So all that said I am still very skeptical that this would happen for us.

Me: " We would love to do it if she is serious. I will have to make some calls to our attorney to see what all needs to happen but other than that I would ask that you keep in contact with her and let me know what all is going on and I will need an address so as to send some paperwork for her to fill out and such if she is indeed prepared to go through with this."

C: "She is prepared. Her situation does not allow for another child to raise. She wants it to stay in a somewhat "circle" of friends so that she can keep in some form of contact (open adoption) and all. I told her you would probably be interested in that."

Me:"Well I will get all the information and mail it to her and let you know what is going on so to stay updated on what all is going on"

Is this really happening? Again it is too far in the future to tell for sure. Apparently the mother is only approximately 2 months along and that would make her due in August... My B.day is in August... That would be SWEET!... But I am taking everything in stride because I am not sure what is going to happen. I mean I know of way too many situations where the BM sees the baby and cannot go through with it so then the Adoptive family is left hurting and empty nested. We will of course still have Bear and hopefully Moe but that would stink nonetheless! I will keep you all updated on what is going on with this situation. I am asking for your prayer and heart felt encouragement if you have any to share.

On another note... if this said baby does enter into our home, pray that God would indeed bless us with a different vehicle to transport our brood! Our Camry is packed out with two toddler car seats in the back. Sad right! Let's not even talk about the jeep (if we ever needed to get into that with all children.) Who knows what will even happen with Moe by that time. I am hoping for an adoptive future with him also but he has a lot of family that may come forward to adopt him first. Again, who but God knows our future... so in HIM I will rest my trust and lean not on my own understanding (Not even the understanding of how to fit 3 carseats in the back of a Toyota Camry; very carefully and snugly!!!)!

Pictures as promised

Pictures are worth a million words! This is one of my all time favorite things to do. Look at pictures. I always have. My mother used to take lots and lots of pictures and as a little girl I would always get out her box of photos and sit and look at them for hours. I would look at the background to see if I remembered certain things that were there. Maybe it is because I have a terrible memory and I like the experience and feeling of remembering things. Hmmmm oh well. I don't remember.

Maybe someday my boys will like to go through them and look at their childhood as well and know that they were CRAZY and adventurous! hahaha. Oh and very LOVED!

Moe had so much fun. But it only lasted for a couple minutes and he wanted to move around to play. So active, my boys.

he looks like a natural rider... awww my Bear, a real cowboy (you know minus the jeans, boots and hat.)

He really did enjoy himself... he was so sleepy and his face always shows it.

my boys

.We are all adjusting well these days. It is trying some days more than others but overall we are still striving to better ourselves as we exist in this family. These past weeks have been ones of complete busyness to say the least. First Christmas came... Wait; First Moe came, then Christmas came as well as J's army enlisted brother from WA, then his fiance` came with her little girl of 2 years. With the first initial meeting came a lot of outings and dinners, lunches, dress shopping, pedicuring, ice cream eating, and game playing oh and pony riding. Did I mention that the boys are "sick" with a runny nose and cough, so needless to say I was worried about having them out in the weather. But time stands still for no one!

We got in some good time with family over this holiday and I am ready for another year before the next one. EXCEPT, it doesn't stop there. We are traveling to WA for the infamous wedding in like 3 weeks. We of course have to continue on with getting permission to take the boys out of state for this said trip so that is a plus! HA! Has anyone ever taken a 15 month old AND a 10 month old on a plane trip for approximately 3 hours before? Could you give me some pointers? Do they have dramamine for infants? I am nervous but I know it will be fun and adventurous to boot. Plenty of fun picture opportunities anyway.

We had our friends come stay with us this weekend and so we hosted a game night for 6 of our fun loving friends. I made Baked chicken parmesan with spaghetti and brought to join was a delicious salad, some fabulous french bread and quenching drinks. I also picked up a mix for a cookie brownie. MMMMM if you want to know. Thanks Tia for all your hard work making that happen *smile* it was well worth your labor! hahaha.

In having our friends here this weekend we had to move Moe to Bear's bedroom. We wanted them to enjoy their stay in our guest room without the workings of our little Moe, plus they have their own little set of 16 month old pipes that joined them in the guest room. Come to find out Moe LOVES being a roommate. So does Bear. They talk to eachother at the corners of their cribs and can sleep through one another's fits of crying when they are needing something. I love them. It is so funny to hear them talking and carrying on when they are "falling asleep" and when I peek in on them they are just lazily lying in bed staring into abyss jabbering in monotone mumbles for lack of anything interesting to say until finally you walk in and they are sprawled out all over their cribs passed out from so much excitement. I need to talk to the agency and see if it is appropriate for them to remain in the same room. I see some benefits to helping Moe with his insecurity and separation anxiety; but I also fear that if some day Moe does end up leaving us again that it would hurt them both for no longer having a roommate to talk to. I love that they are so good with one another. They, in my heart, are the best brothers ever.

From the first day Moe came 9 months ago Bear has been his best friend. Moe would cry A LOT and Bear would "crawl" over to him and hold his hand to comfort him. It never failed. Even to this day they are comforting to one another. We had to pile into the jeep for a couple days while our car was being repaired and their car seats consumed the entire back seat and from time to time I could look back there and they were holding hands just "talking" away. They are quite the duo in singing from the back seat as well. There is not a quiet car ride with those two. It is comical I will give you that.

We were eating out last night with J's family and Moe and Bear were sitting at the end of the table with us. They were in their high chairs and playing pat-a-cake for the most time. The other half of the time they were putting grown men to shame with their mad eating skills. Oh and for those of you wondering how Moe is doing with food. He is a hauss when it comes to food. The boy loves real food and cannot get enough of it. Forget the baby food and anything that has to do with that mushy stuff. Give him the good stuff! He puts Bear to shame. He weighs 21 lbs right now and Bear is 26 so I give it another month or so before he catches up to him. Big boys!

I am retiring this post for now to give you all time to catch up and then I will be coming back around with another post and lots of pictures about all this getty-up....

Good night to all!
