Today I took my little boy's hand and walked into the museum. No purse, no camera, no extras... just us.
Today I watched him explore and play just like a 2 year old should. Not posing for pictures, not waiting on mommy to "deal with" her camera before walking to the next room. No taking time out of imaginary school bus driving to smile. We just played.
Today was a wonderful day of exploring and browsing with the little boy that God chose to bless us with. I love being his mother and knowing that God chose me to be.
Hello world!

Oh how fun to just put everything down and enjoy your time!
I often times "forget" my camera on purpose. Isn't it fun?
Today when we went to church I left my 'diaper bag' home for the 1st time in more then 5 months. It was an extemely weird feeling. One I'm not so sure I want to get used to. The boys left yesterday I am still feeling like we're missing 'someone'. Glad you has the chnace to enjoy your little man! You BOTH deserve that! :)
:) Such a good mommy.
Good job!!!! A friend of mine years ago refused to let us take his picture. He hated cameras because he felt that in trying to capture the moment, we missed the moment. Now I'm not suggesting we all get rid of our cameras, but I agree that sometimes we need to put it away and just enjoy the moment while it's happening!!!!
