I am not going to go on about making out a new year's resolution because after day one I forget it is even a new year. It feels strangely like the one that just passed and the ones before that. So to save face and not lie to everyone out there I am going to tell you like it is...
I am more than likely not going to lose weight (I have been told I don't eat enough). I may even go out on a limb and gain some.
I am going to still roll out of bed to one crying, one talkative babies, and fight to get breakfast ready before they chew through the bars of the crib to come do it themselves.
I am going to see my husband as much as his job allows and as much as I am allowed given that I have "NOTHING" to get done.
I am still going to strive daily to see my house clean for one minute before I notice the toddler behind me with a poopy diaper that has somehow come loose and left it's coacoa puffs all over the "clean" floor. (it has not happened yet..... buuuuut)
I am still going to get my prayer time in when I see a need and or in the shower (praying that the water gets warmer is definitely a valid prayer time I must say).
I am still not going to shave my legs every stinkin time I take a shower... hahaha leg warmers.. Yes I did just post that.
SO far it looks like I am just going to be myself. I do however, strive DAILY to be a better person overall and be a better wife, mother and friend. It just isn't exactly successfully achieved by the end of each day. I pray that God would give me the strength and courage I need to get out of the norm and Strive a little harder each day! How's that for a no year's resolution. haha
Happy New Year's eve to you all!!!

Those sound like resolutions to me!
I agree that it's kind of silly to make New Years Resolutions. Instead, I'm going to strive to be a more Godly person everyday whether it's a New Year or not. Thanks for sharing what things will probably still be the same. I have many in common with you:)
I love this post!
You are too funny! I can so relate...except about not eating enough...I have the opposite issue there!
Here's hoping you have a fantastic New year!
