We had Roo's dr visit today.
The new dr was amazing. He heard everything and was thorough in checking all my concerns.
He showed concern for the same things. We are going to have an ultrasound done on Roo's head
Friday morning. He said that Roo is right in the 50th percentile for his head. Hmmm, not sure if that is good or bad in this situation. Sounds good.
He agreed that we do need to be proactive though instead of hanging back and watching to see what happens. That makes me happy! I just have this gut feeling that something is up.
We have dealt with "misshapen" heads before and just alternate how they lay in our arms. It goes away QUICKLY. And I never worried about it. It was normal. This is NOT going away regardless of WHAT we do. It is getting worse and there are other signs that are causing concern. It does not feel normal... and I have to say I am beginning to worry.
So as this baby's MOTHER, I am standing up on his behalf... because he deserves it. And he is WORTH it!
I will keep you posted when we have the ultrasound done. Please keep our little Rooster in your prayers as you feel led!
